The prices for renting the apartment vary a little over the year.

High season: 96€ (or £84) per night during summer months (end of May to mid-October), over Christmas and New Year, and over Easter weekend.
Low season: 66€ (or £56) per night outside of high season.
Cleaning charge: 46€ (or £40)

Rent includes heating and lighting, towels, beach towels and bed linen. Wi-fi is paid separately to local computer shop, which is around €18 for two weeks.

Additional information about rental rates

Refundable Damage Deposit: €120 (£100)
Booking Notes:
Payments may be made by direct bank payment to the UK owner.
Changeover Day:
We are flexible regarding your length of stay and day of arrival and departure although we do suggest a minimum stay of four nights.
